Technoplastic are keen to announce that the “FIL” series has grown: the FIL 50, the smallest of the series, with its max. 100 kg/h output is available for non-intensive capability business. Since year 2001 they have been proud to supply their “FIL” series of extrusion lines which are specially designed for manufacturing fibre in either PET (recycled bottle flakes or virgin granules), PP, polystyrene (PS), PBT or Nylon. By means of the “FIL” series they have successfully expanded the formerly existing series of extrusion lines suitable for PVC and, as time’s gone by, the FIL series has grown in accordance with the developments in the world wide raw material market.
The more the quantity of recycled “post industrial” and “post consumer” polyester PET flakes continues to grow rapidly at attractive prices in the international market, the more companies have the chance to purchase low cost raw materials and start the profitable business of manufacturing high quality PET fibres.
The largest part of the cost of plastic fibre is the cost of the polymers. Therefore the FIL series is the key to substantial reduction of the raw materials’ cost and repaying the investment in “no time at all”: It transforms inexpensive recycled polyester flakes into high, consistent quality and environmentally friendly fibres for broom, brushes and paintbrushes. Now our FIL series of extrusion lines is available in small, medium and high output versions going from 100 kg/h to 300 kg/h fulfilling the range of worldwide business opportunities.
Techno plastic srl stress that they offer “turn key” operations to broom, brush and paintbrush manufacturers, providing them not only with a series of complete extrusion lines, but also the “know how” for the production of fibres for their products.

Technoplastic proud to publicise that new version of the fully automatic system for winding and wrapping fibres has been completed: it is suitable to process hanks up to 2500 mm long. In accordance with their biggest customers’ input, the formerly existing version has been developed to achieve a custom-oriented solution: the new system creates an additional benefit of 20% reduction of wastes generated by cutting process. It’s easily understandable that an increase of throughput yield creates a huge saving of money dealing with an intensive output capability.
The winding system allows the picking up of the monofilaments hanks, coming from the last rollers’ group of the extrusion line by means of two rotating winders, alternately working (one full-one empty). The monofilaments hank switches automatically on the empty winder once the picking up cycle has been completed on the previous winder. On the other hand, the wrapping system, complete of a 3 axis mechanical hand and integrated to the fully automatic winder, allows the fully automatic winder unloading and poly-wrapping of the monofilaments hanks. The only operator labour requested is to supervise these operations, to pack the poly wrapped monofilaments hanks and to cut them if needed to be.
