Techno Plastic srl, of Castelfranco Italy, innovators of complete extrusion lines for filaments since 1999, are happy to show a fully working machine that will produce high quality, durable polyester PET filaments from recycled plastic bottles and food containersand offer full detailed explanation of the complete workings and its capabilities as well as the opportunity to discover at first hand the excellent quality of the filaments produced by the machine during the Autumn/Winter months. Techno Plastic's FIL 75 extrusion technology allows the transformation of inexpensive recycled Polyester PET flakes into high, consistent quality and environmentally friendly fibres for brooms, brushes and paintbrushes. The fibres can be manufactured to be: flaggable or non-flaggable; straight or crimped; solid or hollow; made with different cross-sections and diameters (from 0.12 mm up to 2.0 mm) and more. An additional plus of the FIL 75 Line is its capability to also manufacture Polypropylene, Polyester PBT, Polystyrene and Nylon 6 and 66 fibres from virgin granules. The Fil 75’s production capacity offers 150kg per hour for PET and 100kg per hour for PP. Still highly cost effective when considering the raw material price. When producing filament in house the manufacturer reduces lead time and can produce the quantities required without excess waste. Using recycled polyester PET food and drink container flakes the manufacturer will considerably reduce the cost of raw materials, thereby achieving a greater profit The Fil 75 is economically priced and is also not as large as its higher production sister machine Fil 90 therefore, offers an alternative if these factors are an issue. With little maintenance and handled by one operator this machine is designed for all round economy. The Fil 75 will pay for itself in no time at all and will be an ongoing asset to its owner. There will be two viewing times to see the machines: 1st Display October 1st – October 15th 2003 2nd Display November 10th – December15th 2003 Contact Giorgio Galli as soon as possible to make your appointment for the 1st display For further information please click on the link below. |
