Techno Plastic s.r.l., manufacturers of complete lines for the extrusion of synthetic fibres, are pleased to announce that the Fil 75 will be displayed in full working order in their factory between the dates of September 20th and October 20th 2003. All manufacturers of broom and brushes are invited to a personal viewing and full explanation of the benefits of this extremely economically efficient machine. Situated in Castelfranco, Modena, Italy, the factory is within easy reach of Bologna Airports, main line railway and of course, by road. Operating since 1999, Techno Plastic has been fast building a wide reputation for high quality, precision made machinery specifically for the extrusion of synthetic filaments. Their basic philosophy is to transform the waste products of cleaned and processed flakes of discarded plastic bottles and food containers, PET, into attractive, durable fibres for the manufacture of brooms and household brushes as well as paintbrushes. However, their machines are also capable, in just the same way, to use high quality virgin granules bringing a diversity of fibres from one machine. The quantity of recycled industrial and consumer polyester PET flakes continues to grow rapidly internationally and this raw material is available at very attractive prices. The largest part of the cost of any plastic fibre is the cost of the polymers. Therefore, like the Fil 90 the FIL 75 Line is the key to substantially reducing raw material costs and to repay investments in "no time at all". Techno Plastic's FIL 75 extrusion technology allows you to transform these inexpensive recycled Polyester PET flakes into high, consistent quality and environmentally friendly fibres for brooms, brushes and paintbrushes. The fibres can be manufactured to be: flaggable or non-flaggable; straight or crimped; solid or hollow; made with different cross-sections and diameters (from 0.12 mm up to 2.0 mm) and more. An additional plus of the FIL 75 Line is its capability to manufacture Polypropylene, Polyester PBT, Polystyrene and Polyethylene fibres. The distinction of the Fil 75 is that although it has exactly the same attributes as the Fil 90 it has a smaller production capacity offering 150kg per hour for PET and 100kg per hour for pp. Still highly cost effective when considering the raw material price as well as lead time for deliveries especially in outlying areas. Fil 75 is also smaller in size and lower in cost than the higher production sister machine Fil 90 therefore, offers an alternative if these factors are an issue. Make a space in your diary and take advantage of the low cost airfares to make the trip to Castelfranco and see this machine in action. Just to remind you, this machine is on display between 20th September and 20th October so contact Mr Giorgio Galli at Techno Plastic srl and make an appointment before the summer break.
