The partners of Techno Plastic have all of the above and more. They have taken the technology of fibre production for brooms and brushes to a whole new level with the introduction of the FIL 90 extrusion line. The FIL 90 extrusion line produces broom and brush fibres, using either virgin polymer granules and/or suitably recycled polyester PET flakes. The quantity of recycled "post industrial" and "post consumer" polyester PET flakes continues to grow rapidly in the international market and are available at quite attractive prices. The largest part of the cost of any plastic fibre is the cost of the polymers. Therefore the FIL 90 Line is the key to substantially reducing your raw material costs and to repay your investment in "no time at all". Techno Plastic's FIL 90 extrusion technology allows you to transform these inexpensive recycled Polyester PET flakes into high, consistent quality and environmentally friendly fibres for brooms, brushes and paintbrushes. The fibres can be manufactured to be: flaggable or non-flaggable; straight or crimped; solid or hollow; made with different cross-sections and diameters (from 0.12 mm up to 2.0 mm) and more. An additional plus of the FIL 90 Line is its capability to manufacture Polypropylene, Polyester PBT, Polystyrene and Polyethylene fibres. Techno Plastic is proud to announce that between the dates of December 10th, 2002 and January 20th, 2003, they will have a FIL 90 Line extruding both: recycled Polyester PET and Polypropylene for manufacturing broom and brush fibres, on display at their plant in Italy. Broom and brush makers are invited to visit Techno Plastic and to see for yourselves the benefits, which they can offer your company in equipment as well as "know how" and experience regarding monofilament-manufacturing technology. Please contact Giorgio Galli, President of Techno Plastic, to make arrangements to see the FIL 90 Line. To contact Techno Plastic, please click the company link below. |
