Fully automatic bundle fusing system with an output of up to 60 pieces/min. for highly efficient, quality production of bundles in diameters of 0.9 to 3.5 mm with perfect fill quantities.
Model S produces the bundles aligned on the filament base; model SU on the filament tips.

The machine is designed specially for the production of solid tufts for eyeliner and
lipliner brushes or any other brushes with straight or tapered synthetic material.

The automatic system is highly efficient as glue is no longer needed and it is not necessary for the worker to constantly control the process.
Connection to a fully automatic assembly line is optionally available.

Separating of small bundles of natural hair and synthetic material for further handling in brush production.
Main features are the precise separation and short changeover times.

For pre-formed bundles from 0.9 mm to max. 20 mm (¾”) in diameter in various shapes (round, oval, flat, etc.) and sizes.
Tools are not only labour saving but also allow bundle production practically without waste and in exactly proportioned quantities. Simple handling of the tools makes a production capacity of up to 2,000 pieces/h possible with just one operator.

The bench vibrators are specially designed for perfect alignment and seating of bristles or filaments before gluing. This offers a clear improvement in bundle quality.

Compact design machine for fully automatic assembly of artist brushes consisting of ferrules, tufts (preformed bundles) and wooden handles at an output of up to 30 pieces/min. including adhesive metering, ferrule pressing, printing or stamping of the handle.

Apart from the top model, high speed, servo-driven version AS 940 S, Wöhler Brush Tech also offer low cost machines and, as the latest development, even a hand stock cutter.
All models have one thing in common: the special design circular blade. This can be used along its full circumference, which results in minimal stoppage times and long service life before re-grinding.

Designed for trimming fine hair and thin synthetic material including flat table for bundle feeding. The simple and robust design allows a quick change over of blades and ensures quiet running.
The blades are concave ground and lubricated from the outside. Blade force is controlled with a central screw for constantly good trim quality as well as low blade wear.
The ZS 960 is available with a range of different blades, drives and holders for diverse trimming applications.
Wöhler Brush Tech naturally supply the additional equipment required for the forming of the bundles, such as vibrators, combing devices, pressing equipment etc.
