In the used machine segment, we overhaul drilling and filling machines with either mechanical or CNC control. Depending on the level of wear, these machines are overhauled mechanically and fitted with Ebser’s own new custom developed CNC control.

Ebser’s CNC control is universal and will also work efficiently on drilling and filling machines that are not of Ebser make. Thus, electronically, a completely refurbished machine is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and will without any doubt provide good service for the next 15 – 20 years. Compared to a new machine, this is certainly a lucrative investment.

The newly developed CNC control can be expanded to up to 6 servo axes and is operated on a 10” touch screen. Operation is easy to learn, 100% Microsoft compatible and expensive memory cards are not required to manage the program. The brush programs and parameter are stored on a conventional USB stick and can be plugged in any PC for further processing. It is both easy and simple and does not require a special course of study.

Repair filling tools, drill spindles etc can be overhauled and a sharpening service for cutting tools and serrated knives is also offered.
