Kim Erdmann has been named the new CEO/President of Schaefer Brush.  He brings 35 years of manufacturing leadership with successful P&L responsibility in Fortune 100 companies including Frito-Lay and ITW.  He has completed turnarounds in both private and public industry. 

During his career, Erdmann has successfully grown revenue and earnings through his leadership in sales, operations, marketing and general management.  He has provided executive expertise for business development, acquisition and establishing business strategy.   He brings the heart of an entrepreneur with the experience of a corporate senior executive.  He has both the unique skills of a turnaround agent and a leader for strategic change; in one business, he achieved a revenue increase of 14% with a ROS of 62% in a 3-year period.

Erdmann received his MBA from University of Wisconsin-Madison and his BBA from UW-Whitewater.  He serves as the Board Chairman for a hospital and has served on multiple non-profit boards.

He joins Schaefer brush a 110-year-old business that was purchased by Blackthorne Partners in June of 2015.  A long time ABMA member with strong ties to industry and their customers, located in Waukesha Wisconsin, just west of Milwaukee.
