Among its vast range of standard and special machines, there is a branch specifically dedicated to paintbrush handle producing machineries such as the DCS/L.

A very versatile copying milling machine suitable to work the outside profile of flat paintbrushes (as well as many other small wooden handles.

In this machine, two cutters work at the same time guided by a cam. At the end of the process the milled piece is automatically ejected.

A NEW automatic system, designed to reduce the cutters speed and bring it back to the previously set value, allows to work also particularly difficult areas of a profile.

Another flagship of Sibo Engineering’s production is 3FRA/M50. This very interesting and versatile combines mass production with very high precision of the finished piece.

3FRA/M50 is an automatic milling copying machine of universal use with three independent working stations (driven by a hydraulic system) working at the same time, suitable for the production of oval paintbrushes with three different sections.

This machine gives you the possibility to obtain also different sections if necessary, thanks to a tool support spindle driven by a cam set up on each station.

Sibo Engineering’s technical staff also develops CNC solutions for those customers who need high productivity together with the possibility of producing different models and shapes. One of the most representative CNC machines for the production of paintbrushes handles is the FBI/CNC: a copying milling machine with 4 heads suitable to mill two groups of wooden pieces at the same time.

These machines are part of our standard range and, in any case they can be, and most of the times they get modified to meet our customer’s necessities.

Sibo Engineering also provides automatic CNC lines that can grant the customer a production up to 1 finished paintbrush handle every 3 seconds.
