Who is Brushcom?
Brushcom BV, established in 2007, specializes in the development and production of brush material for car wash systems. We process wash, polish and dry materials. In-house production, custom design and custom advice. Brushcom means customization!
With our total range of materials, we can equip every brand and type of car or truck washing installation with new brushes, in the most diverse types and sizes. Brushcom brushes are known for improved washing results, extended service life and an optically and acoustically improved consumer experience when using the car wash.

New structural foam
Our new structural foam ensures an even better washing result, compared to normal EVA foam. Thanks to the special coating, the foam is water and dirt-repellent. The structure provides a frictional effect, so that a better washing result is achieved.
New modular wheel brushEveryone knows LEGO® bricks. Our wheel brush can be compared with this. The wheel brush consists of an axle and loose brush rings. These rings can be positioned in any way. This creates a personalized wheel brush. Due to the loose brush rings it is possible to replace the damaged parts easily and the purchase of a new wheel brush is not necessary. This saves time and money.
Updated brush shapes
Cars continue to change and renew at all times, this gives new shapes. Brushcom continues to change and renew the shapes.
Hand wash brushes
Brushcom has a total range of hog hair brushes and synthetic brushes. These prewash brushes are ideal for prewash in car washes. The brushes are made with real hog hair or you can choose for the synthetic brushes in hog hair look.

The CarwashSince June 2016 Brushcom has opened its own car wash "The Carwash" on the Kantsingel in Oss. This "real-life" showroom is the perfect test location where cars are always washed with the best and latest brush materials.
