A completely NEW advancement in toothbrush design is here! Brilliant® bristle toothbrushes have a cutting-edge design that allows the bristles to brush everywhere and in every direction, simultaneously cleaning multiple surfaces at once.

The Difference is in the Design:

Originally developed with the support of Osaka University Dental Clinic in Japan, each Brilliant Toothbrush has its own individual bristle count and bristle fineness, depending on the suggested end user.

Brilliant Baby 4-24 months (24,000 .06mm bristles); For first teeth, as soon as the first tooth erupts into the mouth, a caregiver wants to start oral care with a bristle toothbrush. The baby brush has short, extra fine bristles, that fit in a small mouth and are gentle on tender and teething gums, where newly erupted teeth are coming in.

Brilliant Child 2-5 years (16,000 .07mm bristles); For use during full eruption of baby teeth, when the molars start to come in. A child will have 20 baby teeth, ten teeth on the top and ten on the bottom, and most children will have that first molar eruption between 12- 15 months. Once the molars start to come in, we recommend switching to the child toothbrush because the molar teeth have deeper pits and grooves in the tops of them that require more brushing attention to keep clean. The child toothbrush has longer and firmer bristles, to reach in the deeper grooves of these new teeth better, but the bristles are still soft enough for full mouth brushing.

Brilliant Kid 5-9 years (12,800 .08mm bristles); For use when permanent adult teeth erupt and baby teeth begin to shed. This period is called “mixed dentition.” New challenges arise when a mixture of smaller baby teeth and larger adult teeth are in competition for space in the mouth. The jaw bone is growing, and baby teeth are being pushed up and out of the gums as the adult teeth are making their way into their permanent position in the mouth. The kids brush has firmer bristles that are longer than our child or baby toothbrushes, yet the bristle count on the kids brush is fewer, allowing for more flexibility of the bristles to gently clean smaller baby teeth, yet fully reach around the larger erupting adult teeth, providing a comprehensive brushing tool.

Brilliant Soft (12,600 .09mm bristles); For older children and adults, with a longer handle and neck, a wider brush head diameter. Our soft bristled brush is ideal for regular daily brushing, with rounded and compact bristle layers that actually polish teeth with the bristle tips, for a squeaky clean result.

Brilliant Sensitive (18,000 .07mm bristles); Same innovative design and features as our adult soft but with finer bristles that allow effective brushing on sensitive teeth and tender gums. Ideal for those who struggle with teeth that are sensitive to temperatures, tender gums with bleeding that often accompany gingivitis, or sensory challenges where softer brushing is needed.

Brilliant Special Soft (21,000 .06mm bristles); Our softest and most flexible brush. Originally called “The super soft toothbrush for Cancer patients”, it was renamed the special soft because it can be effectively used by so many different people who cannot use regular bristled toothbrushes due to oral sensitivities, impairments, sensory aversions, or any delicacies in oral care like post oral surgery requirements. The bristles are super fine and microfiber, and can be used with only warm water for supple brushing that is soothing on tissues and teeth. Cancer and chemo treatment, autism, SPD sensory processing disorder, diabetics, post surgical, down syndrome, oral deformities and deviations and many more.

The Brilliant Lumi Travel Sonic Toothbrush has the same patented, round Brilliant® brush head design combined with gentle sonic technology and a ventilated travel cap. The Lumi comes a 2 minute timer and white LED light that shows exactly where to brush. Every 30 seconds the brush pulses to indicate when it’s time to move from one quadrant of the mouth to the next - until two minutes are over! More than 20,000 bristles remove twice as much plaque and the compact size makes it a traveler’s best companion.

Growing kids will have a blast brushing their way to a happier, healthier mouth with the Brilliant Kids Sonic Toothbrush! This brush has the same patented brush head design and sonic
technology. The flashing LED lights add to the overall fun and allow parents see the inside their child’s mouth. Every 30 seconds the brush vibrates to help teach children how to move from quadrant to quadrant when brushing until two minutes are over.

Brilliant -- It’s Time to Brush Smarter!

The new Brilliant Toothbrush is not only great-looking, it’s effective! So effective, it won Dental Advisor’s Preferred Product award for Manual Toothbrush of 2018 and again for 2019! Its round design promises to turn the oral care industry on its head. In fact IHA chose it as a GIA Innovations Award Finalist 2018.
