New Products from the Marco Kracht Company

During Interbrush 2016, the Marco Kracht company presented two new products; a new harder, improved version of the flagging knife, developed for PET and other hard filaments, and a new coating for the blades used in the production of the metal pipe for the brooms handles and other application.

After almost one and half years since the presentation and the introduction of these two products, the company could say that both of them have proved to be a big success. After more than 50.000 pieces sold of the new harder, improved version of the flagging knife, the company can confidently say that he had not yet received a complaint for a broken knife and this is a big goal, because, with a hardness actually around 61 HRC (Rockwell C point), they have such a flexibility-elasticity that they could work without problems also in flagging the bundles of filaments, not only the brooms already produced.

The company could also say that almost all the customers that have tested the new knives are now ordering them instead of the older version. For this reason, the company is thinking for the future to stop the production of the standard version of the flagging knives and offer to the customers only the new harder improved version.

After one and half years of using the blades with the new coating and more than 200 pieces supplied to the company for whom the product was developed, the company Marco Kracht can proudly say that the customer is very satisfied with them and is now giving another company some blades with the same coating for testing them in cutting metal pipes without lubrication, because, after being cut the pipe has to be varnished.
