We made the paint brushes using three different kinds of brush filament and one boiled bristle as follows:

First Step: Weight the paint brushes – See weights of each brush filled with the different filling materials on each picture below

From the test and data, we found JD SMART A holds greater paint capacity and produces more release. However, it is not smooth.

From the test, we found SMART A will paint for longer, However, it is interrupted and has less finesse and precision. JD SMART B, when released, offers more finesse and precision. JD Bristle, it also has interrupted delivery.

Reasons for choosing each material type:

 

As you know, cross-section filaments have a greater paint holding capacity compared with solid and hollow. However, from the test, we found that the paint holding capacity is not better than JD SMART A, and the release is not as good as JD SMART A or JD SMART B.

As you know, natural bristle currently is thought to have the greatest paint holding capacity and paint release of materials. However, from the test, we found that the paint holding capacity is not better than JD SMART A nor is the release as good as JD SMART A, but it releases paint with greater finesse and more precisely than JD SMART A.
