KPT is pleased to announce that it has successfully developed and customized a set of high-density wire brush rollers for ALNAN GROUP (ALG). As the first domestic, high-density metal roller brush has been successfully put into use, this project has solved the key technical problems in the development of complete sets of domestic high-quality and high-quality sheet heat treatment production lines.

For this project, KPT created a customized double steel belt and winding machine (16.8 meters) to make a brush body with a length of 6.8 meters and a high density of 82±4 steel wires per square centimeter.

The project solves the key equipment technical problems in the development of complete equipment for high-quality sheet heat treatment production lines, fills in a number of technical gaps, and realizes independent control of the key technologies of China’s high-performance and high-precision aluminum alloy materials.
