When someone visits www.brushexpertcom we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. As part of the registration process for our regular e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don't rent, share or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We use a third-party provider, Montpellier Integrated, to deliver some of our mailings including our Newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. All emails sent by us will be clearly marked as originating from us. All such emails will also include clear instructions on how to unsubscribe from our email service and any future emails.

For data shown in your Brush Directory company page, you can Log In to your online account at any time using your Username and the password chosen by you. If you have forgotten your password, you can follow the simple reset instructions to create a new one. Otherwise, you can contact us to make the changes on your behalf.

You have the right to erase any personal data processed by Brush Expert Ltd. We will only make exceptions to this where you have an open order, an unresolved customer services issue, an unsettled debt or where the law requires us to retain your information.

You have the right to object to processing of your personal data that is based on Brush Expert Ltd’s legitimate interest. We will not continue to process the personal data unless we can demonstrate legitimate grounds for the process which overrides your interest and rights or due to legal claims.
