Reduce Your Carbon Footprint by Choosing a Bio-Sourced Filament for Your Street Sweeping Operations from SOVB

In partnership with the French chemical manufacturer ARKEMA, they have introduced a new filament to the market that perfectly combines ecological responsibility and high sweeping performance: the RILSAN PA11.

As well as being highly environmentally responsible, RILSAN has excellent properties for the road sweeping: Excellent abrasion resistance for a long-lasting brush, chemical resistance, high and low temperature performance, resistance to bending (good shape memory).
The whole range of brushes produced by SOVB can be fitted out with RILSAN PA 11 fibres: side brushes, central brushes, ring brushes, etc.
The plant-based raw material is renewable and the finished filament RILSAN PA11 is 100 % recyclable through existing channels.
As well as being an eco-responsible alternative to traditional petroleum-based fibres, RILSAN PA11 is the bio-based filament that guarantees the best sweeping performance thanks to its technical properties that give it long durability.
LL’2BCA: Noise reduction and high sweeping performance

Inspired by the making of vehicle tyres, this fibre gives your brushes and brooms two main benefits: The rubber coating considerably reduces the noise level of sweeping by reducing the sound generated by the brush rotation upon the road surface. At the same time, the high tensile steel wires give to the brush an excellent resistance to the abrasion and a performant scrubbing power, giving to the brush an extended life duration.
Often copied, the LL’2BCA with its rubber coating pushes brush wear to its maximum, unlike other more rigid materials used for coating.
Exclusively available on the side brushes range, this fibre is particularly efficient for sweeping up sand or wet leaves in autumn.
LL’2BCA is a relevant alternative to reduce noise pollution by increasing brushes life and providing excellent sweeping properties.
