Euromold 2016 sets a clear sign: Modern product development and new manufacturing technologies in the focus

Solutions for all relevant industry areas – High tech location Munich – Synergy effects with the Aerospace Supply Fair AIRTEC – International Congress for Visitors of both Exhibitions – 500 companies from 35 Nations – 25,000 visitors – Numerous B2B meetings – Industry 4.0, smart factory, additive manufacturing/3D- printing in conjunction with conventional mold- and toolmaking

Euromold 2016 – the international Trade Fair for Mold- and Patternmaking, Tooling, Design, Additive Manufacturing and Product Development – takes place from October 25th until 27th, 2016 at the Exhibition Centre Munich, Germany together with the international Aerospace Supply Fair AIRTEC. A visit at Euromold is absolutely a” must” for those, who are involved in the design, development and manufacturing of new products.

One of the main reasons to visit Euromold 2016 is to see the presented solutions, which cover all relevant industry areas. The exhibited products and applications from different fields show various points that they can fit perfectly together and open new and highly innovative possibilities. This is reinforced by the fact, that at Euromold often completely different exhibitors are located next to each other, and therefore take advantage of the exchange and the inspiration of the other exhibitors.

The new location Munich also supports the progressing character of the fair, as Munich within the region Bavaria is known as “the high tech location” of Germany. No other region offers and supports future developments and technology companies to such a high extend as Bavaria does.

For visitors of Euromold it is also very relevant, that this year additional synergy effects will be created by the parallel running aerospace supply fair AIRTEC. At AIRTEC and Euromold exhibitors from all over the world are represented and will attract a great number of international visitors, which are for example particularly interested in additive manufacturing/3D-printing and looking for new attractive business opportunities and co- operations. At Euromold and AIRTEC 500 exhibitors from 35 nations are represented. 25,000 visitors are in total expected for both trade fairs.

Euromold 2016 will also take advantage of the organized B2B-meetings at AIRTEC 2016, as procurement/supply chain and technology managers from the aerospace industry arrange their meetings with the exhibitors of AIRTEC in advance and can therefore also plan and use their time for a visit of the booths at Euromold. In this respect, the nearness to AIRTEC is an advantage for Euromold, as AIRTEC has become for many years already the most international aerospace event and offers the possibility, that experts from all over the world meets and exchange the latest state of the art. New business contacts in growth markets with such a concentration are only be found at Euromold.

Euromold exhibitors and visitors can also register for the international congress for the aerospace industry at AIRTEC 2016. A highlight is the international conference day for Additive Manufacturing /3D-printing. Leading representatives of international top companies will present the latest developments and application possibilities of this technology.

The variety of the exhibitors and visitors is therefore so large like at no other comparable event. Here, designers, product developers, product managers, production managers and program managers, buyers, technology managers and all interested visitors, who would like to bring new products into the market, find innovative solutions for the topic “from idea to series production”.

Along the entire process chain of product development, the exhibitors present themselves from the areas of industrial design, engineering, materials, CAD/CAM, CAE, mold-, model- and toolmaking, production, advanced manufacturing technologies like additive manufacturing/3D-printing up to smart factory “industry 4.0”. Due to this variety, which is not found at any other exhibition of this kind in such a concentration, it becomes clear how much they draw new business opportunities and learn from each other.

A particular position takes additive manufacturing/3D-printing. In the product development this technology is used in pattern making and prototyping as well as in small and series production or can also be used in combination with conventional mold-, model- and toolmaking. Exhibitors as well as visitors will make at Euromold 2016 together with AIRTEC 2016 many international new business contacts and will find new business opportunities.

At the new start of Euromold 2016 in Munich, the organizers demonstrate their twenty years of experience, which gives due to the creative combination of both exhibitions a new profile of Euromold. Therefore, Euromold is starting from this year again on its way in developing again into the worldwide leading trade fair for industrial design, modern product development and manufacturing, mold-, model- and toolmaking, additive manufacturing up to smart factory, “industry 4.0”. Therefore, Euromold benefits from many years of experience as well as opens up new future-oriented industry areas and targets customers from all over the world. Visitors from all relevant industry areas are cordially invited to Euromold 2016 in Munich, Germany.
