A new arrangement of the bristles, developed and patented by Gutmann, sets new standards! The dense array of fine filament (red) causes a locking device which prevents the leakage of the cleaning solution from the brush area. Through the specially designed arrangement of the bristles, the liquid is fed back from the outer edge to the centre of the brush.

In conventional brushes, water and cleaning solutions are naturally ejected by the centrifugal forces of the brush, where they are no longer available for the work process. In CLEANSTER, the selection and arrangement of the filaments counteracts this: The cleaning solution is stored under the brush disc for considerably longer, and therefore significantly increases cleaning efficiency. CLEANSTER reduces the consumption of water and chemicals.

The economic benefit has been demonstrated in practical tests: CLEANSTER can cover up to 25 % more surface area than a conventional brush, using just one full tank. The fresh water supply will last longer, and the waste water tank does not need to be emptied as often. The use of CLEANSTER is therefore synonymous with efficiency and profitability. Through the combination of their physical properties, the offset bundles and various filaments in CLEANSTER achieve convincing results. The fine red filaments not only keep the cleaning solution under the brush disc, but also reach every square millimetre of the surface to be cleaned (i.e. even the smallest recess or cavity), with just one brush rotation. In addition, the parts equipped with fine filaments ensure a dampening effect, and therefore ensure better operating smoothness. The harder white bristles effectively remove coarse dirt.
