Suizhou Longxin Bristle Brush Co Ltd not only processes natural boiled bristles and bristle mixtures, but also manufactures PET/ PBT, PBT and Nylon used for making paint brushes.
In the market, you may often see white topped filament paint brushes. As a matter of fact, most of them are made using mixed filaments i.e. mixtures of two kinds of filament: one is pure white filament and the other is a different colored filament with chemically tapered tip.
Today, I am proud to introduce and present to you our white tipped filament. This is not a filament mixture and the tapering is not by done by chemical means, but by our mechanical method coming from our innovation and creation. Nowadays, Suizhou Longxin Bristle Brush Co Ltd has three modern manufacturing lines of filaments, with more than 100 skillful workers and an annual production of paint brush filament of 700 tons. We have a colour laboratory in Shanghai and the filament colour can be custom made.
