Felton Brushes Limited has recently acquired the assets of Valley Brush Corp., Abbotsford, B.C.

Tony Ponikvar, C.E.O. of Felton Brushes Limited notes, “Valley Brush Corporation has built up a North American professional vehicle wash customer base that has relied on the industries finest brushes for specific applications”.  He further announces, “The Valley brand will remain in place through the transition period, and Felton will immediately offer the line as part of their extensive line selling through the industrial distribution channels we currently serve.”

Felton Brushes Limited is a privately owned business operating since 1933. The company serves many industries where domestic premium quality is critical to their manufacturing processes.

Felton’s long-term strategy is to continue to acquire privately owned brush businesses that have the same values of quality as Felton to continue to grow the offering to benefit current customers.

Valley Brush Corporation was a family run business with the owners looking to retire. It was important for their customers to be taken care of moving forward, and that the quality standards of Valley Brush be preserved.

The operations of Valley Brush Corporation have been relocated to Felton’s expansive facility in Hamilton On.
