In Pinceles Tiburon, we believe in the responsibility of companies in the areas of economic, social and environmental development. These aspects are a central part of our values and the management of our company. Our slogan, "Power in your Hands", reflects the possibility of people changing their own reality and defining their future. In Pinceles Tiburon, we choose to have the power to commit ourselves with respect for the complete lifecycle of our products, from the manufacturing stage to the final disposal stage of them.To do this, we launched the Solidarity Recycling and Purchase Program that will allow us to recover the brushes used, avoiding contamination due to their bad final deposition and generating a triple impact at a social, environmental and economic level, by donating 1 new brush for every 2 brushes recovered to different institutions or organizations. We are convinced that companies must be responsible for providing tools for this purpose. We are a company that points to leadership in all three axes: economic, social and environmental as we believe that economic benefits can be obtained by being environmentally friendly and socially responsible.
The Program
Each store vending Pinceles Tiburon paintbrushes is given a collection basket point of display. When the painter think that the brush is finished, he or she returns to the store and puts the used brush in this basket. A code is generated which the painter can then enter in the Pinceles Tiburon website and will receive, in return, a responsible painter certificate!! For every two brushes recovered using this program, one new brush is donated to worthy institutions, schools etc. A draw is made at the end of each year and a prize is given to one lucky painter that has recycled his brushes in this way.Each store also receives certificates: The more brushes that they collect, the more purchase vouchers they receive.
Back at the factory, we recycle the plastic handles and responsibly dispose of the parts that we are unable to recycle ourselves.
