Monahan Partners is a popular manufacturer and distributor of cleaning tools and cleaning tool components based in Arcola, IL, whose long-standing, family-based reputation is well known throughout the industry.

In a society where job-hopping is prevalent, Monahan Partners recognizes that a key part of its success has been its loyal workforce, with the average employee having been with the company for 16 years. The name on the building is not only of the family this company represents, but it also represents the families of all its employees, with generations of different families having been employed and valued at the company over its storied history.

August 2023 saw the 25th anniversary of the employment of Cory Humphrey, whose parents, children and wife waited for him in the breakroom to join with his co-workers for a surprise celebration in honor of his long and dedicated service.

As an Arcola native and proud Arcola High School graduate, Cory is certainly well-entrenched in the local community and has, during his tenure, worked for several local people still key in the industry including Barry King (Whitley-Monahan handle) and Mark Maninfior (American Select Tubing). In his current role of Warehouse Manager, he plays a vital and integral role in the smooth day-to-day running of Monahan Partners.

When asked the reasons behind staying with Monahan Partners throughout his career, Cory remarked, "There have been times in the last 25 years that have been tough, but the family atmosphere and loyalty that Monahan Partners has shown throughout these years have been worth more to me than I could ever express."
