FSC certified brush manufacturer, Warna Exporters, celebrates 20 years in business this month. Warna Exporters receives timbers, saws, shapes and manufactures specialist brush products that are exported to countries all over the world, including USA, UK, China, India, Germany and France.

The company manufactured its first brushes in August 1997, when it employed a team of just 10 people. Over the past 20 years, the company has grown to employ over 300 people and in 2010 it won the prestigious Most Outstanding Exporter Award from the Sri Lankan National Chamber of Exports.

Priding itself on its ethical production process that is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), the wood itself is plantation grown and the timber can be filled with either synthetic or natural brush fibres. Warna Exporters manage the process from tree cutting to treatment, branding, filling and shipping, and products can be branded, packaged and merchandised in any way required.
