An Emerging Leader is a dynamic individual who demonstrates significant promise and potential to influence the future direction of our industry through innovative practices, leadership qualities, and a commitment to advancing the field. This person brings fresh perspectives, challenges conventional practices, and leverages new technologies or sustainable practices to improve standards, efficiency and the overall impact of cleaning on public health and the environment.

To be eligible for the award, nominees must be an employee of an ISSA Canada member firm and be under the age of 40 as of November 2024.

Submissions will be reviewed by a special voting committee and those selected will be notified by October 1. 2024.
