I am sorry to be writing to tell you that we are postponing this October’s show and Salon International will now take place on October 16 – 18th 2021 at ExCeL London.

 

When Government gave exhibitions the ‘go’ date in July, the team and I were very excited and worked to create an environment that was safe and would allow us to provide the inspiration and education the show is renowned for. However, that original announcement has not been matched with a practical commitment by the authorities; meaning that we may have been forced to cancel the October event at short notice. We are not prepared to put our visitors or our exhibitors through unnecessary cost and inconvenience, with the genuine prospect of last minute cancellation.

 

Right through lockdown the team have worked tirelessly to ensure our industry remained connected, received the profile it deserves, and campaigned tirelessly for safety guidelines, launching an online campaign to demonstrate that the market was prepared and ready to open in a safe way.

 

The magazine is returning to print in September and over the coming months we are going to continue our digital activity. In addition to regular HJ Goes Live sessions, we have built a genuinely innovative platform to stage digital events, the first of which is www.professionalbeauty.world taking place September 8th – 10th. Please check it out and join us for three days of education and inspiration.  

 

If you have booked a ticket for the October show, this will be refunded automatically but please bear with us as this will take time to process.
