Introducing Washnet by Brosserie Brenet – Winner of the 2022 FEIBP Innovation Award
Brosserie Brenet is pleased to announce that its new, pioneering machine for the hygienic cleaning of brushes, Washnet, is the worthy recipient of the 2022 European Brushware Federation (FEIBP) Innovation Award as voted for by the association’s members at its recent Annual Congress. This award is of immense importance and rewards 5 years of research and testing.The Washnet machine is a technical automatic cleaning system allowing a better hygiene control of industrial brushes used in the production of food. It considerably simplifies cleaning. Instead of using a water jet and a random quantity of detergents, Brosserie Brenet created a hygienically designed system that follows a consistent cleaning validation protocol with the following key benefits:
