3SSA/CNC: One Machine, Multiple Finishing Processes

This machine is the ideal solution for grinding and satin finishing axles, thanks to its comprehensive features and advanced CNC control.

Independent Finishing Components:

Abrasive Belt: Perfect for grinding straight surfaces, it ensures precise and uniform material removal
Two Brushes: Specifically designed for radiused parts, they ensure a uniform satin finish even on the most complex geometries

Each tool is independently controlled by the CNC to adapt perfectly to every detail of the axle.

CNC Control: Precision and Repeatability

The user-friendly CNC interface allows you to customize every aspect of the process:

Sections to be processed and their corresponding diameters
Axle rotation speed
Pressure of the abrasive belt and brushes
Number of passes for each section

The ability to save configurations makes the process highly repeatable and optimized, minimizing setup times.

Simplified Operating Process

Once the program is selected, the work cycle is fully automatic:

The axle is locked between the spindle and tailstock and begins to rotate
The abrasive belt and/or brushes activate in perfect sync
The machine performs the finishing on all pre-set sections, exactly as programmed
