After 47 years at the helm, the esteemed father Andrea is stepping down from his role as CEO to become Chairman of the Board and “Coach to the fifth generation”. His son Alessandro Acquaderni, has been named as the new CEO, taking on the responsibility together with his brothers Marco and Paolo, of guiding the company into a new era.

As a family business that has endured for over a century, SIT has built its success on a foundation of culture and values that have been passed down through generations. The three brothers, Marco, Alessandro, and Paolo, represent the fifth generation and are committed to upholding the legacy of the company while also introducing new ideas and strategies to ensure long-term growth.
