Jackson Helix Machine Presented at FEIBP Congress, Edinburgh
The Jackson Helix machine, launched at the Interbrush show in April, is continuing to attract much interest among roller makers.
The machine was presented by Rob Coleman, Sales Agent for Edward Jackson, as a contender for the FEIBP Innovation Award at the recent Congress in Edinburgh.

- High Output – up to 16m of wound tube per minute

- Ability to accept a variety of materials, including different diameter tubes, with quick changeover times for different product lines
- Application of latest technology for easier control, setting and monitoring
- Safety for both operator and the environment

- A newly developed plastic extrusion system for bonding fabric to core tubes (PP or other materials)
- Integrated control of
Extruder for applying polypropylene resin
Synchronised servo-motors for tube handling and winding pitch control
HIM interface for product options and diagnostics, including
Remote monitoring via intranet
- Enables paintroller manufacturers to avoid the use of epoxy adhesive and flames and to reduce power consumption.
