The last 12 months have been a challenging time for many companies and countries; but with the loyalty of our customers, commitment of our suppliers and the dedication of our team we have not only delivered record annual sales, but also updated and expanded our range of machines.

The Jackson R2 finishing machine has been updated to the R3 (Protean). Headline improvements include:

The Helix+ (Plus) is a new addition to our range, designed specifically for high volume manufacturers. A higher-capacity, energy efficient extruder enables winding process speeds of over sixteen linear metres a minute for larger diameter rollers (44.5mm ID and more). When paired with our HSF3 finishing machine up to 5,400 roller covers can be wound and finished with no process WIP.

We are pleased to have added to our team in 2021. James Shephard joined us with a wealth of engineering knowledge and extensive experience of precision machine assembly. We are proud of both him and our team for their efforts which have made the past year so successful.

We are fortunate to have a wealth of engineering companies in the East of England, whose skilled work is built directly into our machines. The majority of our fabricated and machined parts are sourced locally. With that in mind, when looking for new premises to expand into, the decision was made to stay local. We are very pleased to have acquired a fantastic new facility in Hethel, UK, which is being fitted out for us to move into early in 2022.
