News and New Products from the Marco Kracht Company for Interbrush 2016

After a long wait, the Marco Kracht company is glad to announce that its new website will be ready for the beginning of Interbrush 2016 and that, at the moment, there is an online English beta version of the web site where visitors can get an idea about the products of the company. But, the more important news is the launch of two products!
A new harder and improved version of the flagging knife for working PET filament and other hard filaments.
During the second half of 2015, for fulfilling an inquiry from a customer the company made some tests and started to supply to this customer a new harder and improved version of the flagging knife that combines a hardness of HRC 58-59 with a resilience that brings with it the possibility of bending without breaking, comparable to the Marco Kracht standard HRC 56-57 flagging knife, that is already better than the flagging knives of its competitors.
In simple words, now the Marco Kracht company is able to offer a harder flagging knife, very difficult to break that will last longer when working with PET and other hard filaments.
Since September 2015, various customers in the world have already tested the new harder knife and started to order it. Some of them have already ordered this new flagging knife twice and this is the proof that, on PET and other hard filaments, this knife lasts longer than the standard one.

A blade for cutting metal pipes of broom handles with a new type of coating that will greatly improve the working life of the blade.
At the request of one of the Italian main producers of metal broom handles using TIN coated blades for cutting the metal pipes, the Marco Kracht company decided to test a new type of coating that, in theory, would improve the working life of the blade in comparison to the blades coated with TIN.
A few weeks ago, the blades were delivered to the customer that started to use and test them immediately. With the first blade the customer saw an improvement in the working life, because, the blade after 200.000 cuts was still cutting the steel pipe in a very good way.
At the moment, the Marco Kracht company has received a new order for this new blade, that means that the customer is happy and satisfied with the product, but, prefers to consider the blade with this new coating something still under a testing phase, so, during the Interbrush 2016 the blade would be officially presented to the customers with special pricing for orders submitted during the exposition.
The Marco Kracht company is pleased to show and discuss these two new products and the standard ones at booth n° 3.1.13
