A jury comprising high-profile experts has chosen the PIA finalists and nominated 18 entries in six categories for the final round of this year’s CMS Purus Innovation Award. The award reflects the innovativeness of the cleaning industry, which from 19 to 22 September 2023 will be gathering on the exhibition grounds again for CMS Berlin. Exhibitors at CMS Berlin 2023 had submitted a record 83 entries for the first selection round of the competition, 18 more than at the previous CMS, which due to the pandemic was last held in 2019.

"As a jury member, I had the privilege of reviewing an impressive array of submissions. It was a very rewarding experience to witness the innovation and creativity that exists in our industry. The numerous submissions testify to a dynamic environment in which ideas thrive and groundbreaking solutions are developed," said a delighted Tanja Čujić-Koch, jury chairwoman and member of the board of directors of Bundesinnungsverband des Gebäudereiniger-Handwerks and managing partner at Čujić Gebäudedienste GmbH.

Immediately before the start of the fair the nine-member jury will pick the winners in a second round of voting. Messe Berlin will present the coveted innovation award on the evening of 19 September at the CMS exhibitor event at the Marshall Haus. During CMS Berlin a special exhibition will show all 18 products nominated for the final round in Hall 5.2. CMS Berlin will take place from 19 to 22 September 2023 on the Berlin Exhibition Grounds.
