German brush manufacturer Zahn Pinsel GmbH has specialised exclusively in the development and production of high-quality private label brushes. The product range includes artist and hobby brushes, brushes for craftsmen, brushes for dental technicians, technical brushes and applicators as well as personal brushes such as cosmetic brushes, nail brushes and shaving brushes.

Our core competence lies in the customer-oriented brush development plus a strong global network of partners. With our in-house blended mixes of natural hair and various synthetic fibres, we create unique brush series for every application. For flexible and economic production, we rely on our proven modular brush system. Offering a variety of different transport and sales packaging as well as customer-specific packaging units, our customers keep internal costs for logistics and repackaging to a minimum, thus achieving optimal presentation of their private label assortment. 

We regularly train specialists in the field of brush making and warehouse clerks. Our latest major investment in 2019 in a new company building combining production, warehouse and administration but also various investments in CAD, 3D design and laser engraving technologies show that craftsmanship and state-of-the-art technology can be optimally combined.

In the past few years, we have been focusing on the development of brushes made of synthetic hair and sustainable brush components. As a qualified and environmentally conscious partner, we are also FSC, EMAS and ISO 14001 certified.

For the field of shaving brushes, synthetic fibre offers a very attractive alternative to the common badger hair. Besides the aspect of saving natural resources, synthetic fibres convince through their long durability, less hair breakage, no unpleasant odours and rapid drying compared to natural hair.
