Denman Honours the 2017 Grammy’s at Red Carpet Gifting Event in LA
The annual Grammy’s Award ceremony took place last weekend to honour the best of the world’s musical talent.The Denman team jetted off to sunny California to take part in a pre-Grammy’s gifting suite as one of the VIP sponsors of the exclusive Red Carpet Event at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills.
Denman gifted Award nominees, celebrity stylists and media with a limited edition D3 brush featuring illustrations by Northern Irish artist, Emma Geary, AKA Anarkitty. AnarKitty’s main style focuses on strong and individual women in today’s culture but gives them a feminine twist. To create a special edition range, Denman wanted artwork that was stylish and unique for the D3 brush. AnarKitty’s style and vision complements the brand image with three brushes completing the collection: Sassy, Ruby and Goldie.
‘Sassy’ – The Modern Fashionista This illustration is a tribute to the late, great Vidal Sassoon, which incorporates the famous asymmetrical bob hairstyle. The bob is finished with the Denman crown and Sassy sports a stylish rococo swirl dress
‘Ruby’ – The 1920s Flapper Girl
Ruby’s style reflects on the roaring 20s era with the iconic finger wave hairstyle and flapper dress with influences from The Great Gatsby.
‘Goldie’ – The Swinging 60s Girl
Goldie incorporates the popularity of bouffants and beehives, with the make-up inspired by Twiggy. The Sixties brought in the mini dress with bold psychedelic prints and this has been the influence for Goldie’s style.
Manufactured in the United Kingdom, the D3 is the brand’s most popular brush and is sold worldwide to over 60 countries.
