The German brush manufacturer Lessmann, located in Oettingen i.Bay. has had a sound economic growth over recent years. A big part of its turnover is made abroad. More and more customers count on the Lessmann products “Made in Germany”, hence the in-house human resources were adapted to the growth and the area of responsibility in the export sales team was modified: The management of the export sales was transferred to Thomas Deubler. He has been working for Lessmann for more than 3 years as Area Sales Manager for the Western Europe as well as North and South America. By taking over the responsibilities for the complete export sales - which lay until now directly with the Sales Director - Thomas Deubler from now on holds all decisions concerning the international sales.

Furthermore, he will work intensively on the setup of new markets, as well as on projects for existing customers in his previous area. In future he will also assist basic decision-making processes which concern Eastern Europe as well as Middle and Far East and South-Western Asia.
