As a product innovation in the industry, Lessmann presents a knotted cup brush in new performance. The brush with a diameter of 65 mm is characterized by its extra narrow knots (6 mm). With 30 knots, the tool has an above-average number of individual knots compared to assimilable products currently on the market.

Lessmann presents this new product as an innovative further development of the knotted cup brush (diameter 65 mm, 18 knots, Lessmann art. no. 482.217), which is well known on the market and is a familiar sight to every user. With the higher number of knots and at the same time thinner individual knots of the new tool, the two products complement each other perfectly in application.

Knotted cup brushes are ideal for heavy brushing work when used on angle grinders, for example, for preparing metal surfaces before painting or removing slag, rust, scale or concrete residue. Depending on the application the brush is available with steel wire or stainless steel wire.

Compared to the conventional cup brush, the further developed product is primarily designed for working on large, flat surfaces. In combination, the individual knots are more immobile, making the brushing action even more aggressive and thus ensuring a higher removal rate. It is therefore ideally used for removing very strongly adhering residues on flat surfaces.

In addition, the brush impresses with its optimal concentricity, which results in extremely pleasant working without vibrations for the user.
