Since the last edition of CIBRUSH, Yangzhou Jingdu Brush Co. has introduced new, large-scale automatic machinery for the preparation of bristle/synthetic mixtures in order to improve production efficiency and to meet customer demands.

The introduction of this new equipment has enhanced production capacity, led to large savings in labour costs and achieved greater uniformity of distribution compared to mixing by hand.

Recent additions to the Yangzhou Jingdu Brush Co. range have given even greater choice to paint brush manufacturers:

• JD COPPER range of natural black bristle imitation synthetic filaments

• JD SMART 2, JD SMART 2B and JD SMART A range of natural white bristle imitation filaments

These have already proved a great success and studies have shown the benefits to painters when using brushes made with these innovate fibres. All new filaments can be used to replace all or some of the natural bristles in paint brushes in order to save the cost and, most importantly, the painting absorption and painting release is almost exactly the same as natural bristle.

Also this year, Yangzhou Safety Production Supervision and Management Bureau issued a "national security standardization level 3 enterprise" certificate to Yangzhou Jingdu Brush Co., Ltd and the company has started work on the standardization of safety production and the establishment of a continuous long-term management system for safe production.
