Freiburg Wirtschaft Touristik und Messe GmbH & Co. KG (FWTM), the organizers of Interbrush – the world’s leading trade fair for machines, materials and accessory equipment for the broom, brush, paint roller and mop industry – has clarified that there is no connection between the Interbrush event taking place in Freiburg, Germany, and the new InterBrush event organized by a competitor in Ukraine. Both trade fairs are organized entirely separately of one another. 

FWTM have been organizing the Interbrush event in Freiburg since 1977 and the brand name is protected by law in many countries. Ukraine is, however, an exception and FWTM therefore has no legal rights over the use of the name there. Exhibitors and visitors were informed of the situation by email.
