Rick Pailes is a representative with Modern Sales Company. Rick graduated from Cleveland State University in 1985. He worked in the franchise industry for years before joining Modern Sales, owned by his wife Nancy and brother-in-law Charlie, in 2000. Rick and Nancy have two grown sons, Danny and Scotty. Modern Sales was founded in 1975 by Rick’s father-in-law, Larry Flury. Modern Sales has represented Nexstep Commercial Products since April 2013 and has twice been named their Sales Rep Agency of the Year. They provide sales and support to distributors in Ohio, West Virginia, Western Pennsylvania, Indiana, Kentucky and Michigan markets. 

Mark Alexander is a representative with JanRep Associates. Mark started in the JanSan industry in 1990 as a cleaning contractor. In 1993 he joined Century Labs as a distributor sales rep. He began working for JanRep Associates in 2010. Mark has worked with all segments of the industry, specializing in contractors and schools. Mark has two grown children, Brett and Courtney, as well as two grandchildren, Braxton and Lydia. JanRep Associates was founded by Roger Hunt and Tom Landsberg in 2000. JanRep Associates has represented Nexstep since January 2014. Janrep Associates provides sales and support to distributors in Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, and Nebraska.
