Yangzhou Jingdu Brush Co.,Ltd Expands Production by Introducing New Equipment
In January 2018, in order to improve production efficiency and to meet customer demands, Yangzhou Jingdu Brush Co., Ltd has introduced new, large-scale, automatic machinery for the preparation of bristle/synthetic mixtures. The introduction of this new equipment will greatly enhance production capacity, improve productivity and, thus, achieve larger volumes of high quality products to meet market requirements in order that the enterprise remains competitive.The advantage of using machine to make bristle mixture filament:
- Large savings in labour cost: Less time wasted by workers mixing bristle and filament manually
- Greater uniformity of distribution compared to mixing by hand, leading to higher quality end-product
- Production capacity enhanced: Production levels increasing from the previous 500kg per day to a huge 1 ton per day
