On behalf of the West Coast Manufacturers Association, we are excited to announce that the 2025 WCBMA Meeting will be at The Mauna Lani, Auberge Resorts Collection on the Big Island of Hawaii from October 19-23, 2025 . This will be our first visit to the Big Island since 2011. Below are pertinent facts for planning purposes, and the hotel is prepared to accept reservations:

We have an amazing price of $375 per room (single or double occupancy, run of the house rooms) plus a reduced resort fee of $25 per day plus tax. In case you are curious, rates on the Mauna Lani web site today for our dates range from $776 to $897 plus a $50 resort fee so we really have exceptional pricing.

Monday, 10/20 – in the morning we will be playing at the North Course. Our negotiated rate is $255 per person on this gorgeous course.

Wednesday, 10/22 – also in the morning we will have our scramble tournament at the South Course. This is another beautiful course that also has many holes along the ocean and a special rate of $255 per golfer. 

Reservations can be made until August 19, 2025, by calling the Resort’s room reservations department at (877) 804-5736 or by sending requests via email to mnl.groups@aubergeresorts.com and referencing the West Coast Brush Manufacturers Association. If you reserve by email, please use the attached room reservation form to provide the data that they have requested. A two-night deposit is required at time of reservation, and it is fully refundable until August 19, 2025.

Based on feedback we’ve received we expect this year’s meeting to be well attended. It’s time to make your reservations for the hotel and air travel. Please call me if you have any questions.

The closest airport to the hotel is Kona International Airport (KOA) which is about 30 minutes away. If you want to see the volcano that will possibly be active and Volcano National Park you should visit on either your first or last day on the Big Island and fly in or out of the Hilo International Airport (ITO). This is because it’s about a 2-1/2 hour drive to the southeast part of the island where the volcano and park are located. Depending on your flights you might want to stay at a hotel in Hilo or at the top of the volcano at the Volcano House. If you have never been to Volcano National Park, you might want to use this opportunity as it’s quite memorable.
