EasyKleen® Additive from Perlon - Makes any Brush Cleaner
At Perlon, our experience in polymer processing has enabled us to develop a range of high-tech polymers which are designed to meet the most demanding of end applications. During extrusion process, we can use diverse functional additives to modify standard polymers in order to increase their UV stability, enhance their anti-microbial protection or prevent dirt accumulation on the bristles’ surface.The Easykleen® additive provides the filament with dirt-repellent protection through microparticles that hinder adhesion without compromising the polymer's quality.
The quantity of microparticles can be adjusted as needed and laboratory tests show that a reduction in adhesion force of up to 50% can be expected.
EasyKleen® Additive key facts
Safer, cleaner and simpler:
- Less water retention that could harbor bacteria and microbes
- Significant reduction in dirt adhesion, which reduces the generation of scratches on delicate surfaces
- Low cost, for any bristle and approved for food contact
