Introducing PA 6 FireRetard®
Most engineering polymers conform to flammability rating UL94 HB (Horizontal Burn). This is the lowest classification for flame retardancy. Our PA 6 FR filaments are manufactured from a specially developed raw material and conform to UL94V0. This means that burning material will self-extinguish within 10 seconds of removal of a flame and will not drip flaming particles.Technical data

- Certified VO rating according to UL94
- Certified ISO 45892: 1999 + A1.2006
- Certified EN 45545-2: 2020 + A1.2023 – R22, R23, R24/HL3, R26/HL3
Product range
- Standard item 0.15mm and 0.30mm black level
- Available in different colours upon request
- Possible diameter: 0.15mm - 0.80mm
Applications
Typical applications include sealing strip brushes used in vehicles, doors, escalators and elevators, and for electrical wiring in electrical cabinets or data centers.
