PA 6 Anti-Static and PA 6 Conductive for Applications Requiring Static Control from Perlon

ESD brushes are increasingly used in PCB, SCD and other electronic industries. Also, for hazardous environments such as ATEX industries.

Even in the plastics industry, where electrostatic charges create many problems in processing lines or in the food industry, where the accumulation of very fine dust can create explosions just by an electrostatic spark.

ESD brushes can be manual, cylindrical or sealing strips, depending on the field of application.

Our Antistatic PA6 or Conductive PA6 can be the right solution for many possible hazardous situations.

Both materials are manufactured from specially formulated raw materials extruded 100 %, which ensure uniformity throughout the filament.

Through this, the surface resistance should remain constant for the lifetime of the filament compared to coated or lubricated products.

PA 6 Anti Static
  • Specific volume resistivity 10⁶ to 10⁹ Ohm x cm
  • Dissipative classified
  • Standard in black colour, further colours available on request
  • Diameter range 0,20mm – 1,00mm
PA 6 Conductive
  • Specific volume resistivity <10³ Ohm cm
  • Black colour only
  • Diameter range 0,10mm – 1,40mm
Applications
ESD brushes PCB, SCDs and other electronic industries and for hazardous environments such as ATEX industries.
