Product Introduction/Application Cases

3D Tufting technology

The Z.AERO is a fully automatic production line for the production of finished toothbrushes. It guarantees safe operation with high output and quality without human impact. With up to 12 filament colours or types, up to 3000 brushes/hour, its unique technology offers the best brush quality and tuft retention.

Interdental and mascara brush solution

The Z.SAILFIN is a fully automatic machine for the production of interdental and mascara brushes with a maximum output of 100 brushes/minute, full-day operation without an operator and the highest productivity with the smallest footprint.

In combination with the Z.IDP, an integrated fully automatic production line, I-shaped or L-shaped interdental brushes can be produced. The Z.IDP includes cap assembly, camera inspection.

Anchor toothbrush solution

The Z.ORCA is an all-in-one automatic toothbrush machine including tufting, trimming and finishing, with up to six different filament colours or types. The machine is able to tuft metal or – new – plastic anchor wire and standard or chemically tapered filaments.

Different versions (e.g. single/double tufting, 8/13/16 finishing stations) can be configured according to customer requirements. Ergonomic rapid changeover saves valuable production time. The machine can produce up to 3600 brushes/hour.

Household and technical brush solution

The Z.TIGER MT is a 5-axis drilling, tufting and trimming machine with a robot for handle feeding and output for the fully automatic production of household brushes. A fully automatic filament feeding system is optionally available. The unique filling tool quick-change system is easy to change in less than 30 seconds, and quick-change plates are compatible with other household machines, e.g. Z.PUMA, Z.LION or Z.PARD.
