Tendence brings together demand and supply in Sourcing Hall 10.1
Anyone wanting to purchase large quantities of innovative products for specific target groups will find multi-faceted sourcing opportunities in Hall 10.1 of Tendence from 24 to 27 June 2017. The visitors to this section include buyers from chain stores, department stores, wholesalers, garden centres and DIY markets. Covering the spectrum from home accessories and decorations to personal accessories and household articles, the Sourcing Hall offers a concentrated overview of all Tendence product groups – and that in the heart of the most important international order platform for the second half of the year.
From this year, the focus at Tendence will not only be on the autumn, Christmas and winter season but also the spring and summer of the following year. “In view of the longer production times for very large quantities, the new, earlier time slot for the fair is a genuine advantage”, says Tendence Director Bettina Bär underscoring the growing significance of sourcing at the consumer-goods platform. “Moreover, the new time slot falls outside the summer holidays for most visitors”, adds Bettina Bär. For buyers particularly interested in expanding their spring and summer assortments, the Spring / Summer Directory offers valuable assistance by listing all appropriate exhibitors and providing orientation during the trade fair.
Over 250 manufacturers from 17 nations, among them China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, New Zealand, Taiwan and Vietnam, have been specially selected for their export capabilities. Thus, retailers can be sure that all suppliers in the sourcing sector can produce medium to large quantities in the quality ordered and deliver them on time. The sourcing exhibitors include renowned manufacturers such as Marshal Exports (India), MK Handicraft (Vietnam), BD Creation (Bangladesh) and Anderson Industrial Development (Cambodia). Additionally, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan are taking part with elaborate pavilions.
Tendence – international trade fair for consumer goods
Tendence (24 to 27 June 2017) is Germany’s most international order venue for the second half of the year. The wide-ranging product portfolio covers fields of the home, furnishing, decorating, gifts, jewellery, fashion accessories, home textiles and outdoor living. Special shows and a wide- ranging complementary programme of events are multi-faceted sources of sales-boosting impulses for retailers. Strong brands and key communicators use this new-products platform to present their trends for the winter and Christmas season. At the same time, they give bulk buyers from the international trade the chance to place orders in good time for their spring and summer collections.
